Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions:

1. If you’ve lost your copy of Sites that Soar!, send your PayPal receipt number via the Contact form, linked above.

Without your PayPal receipt number, I won’t know which edition to send you.  (You’ll get a replacement copy, not the latest edition… unless that’s what you bought.)

I cannot send a replacement copy if I don’t have your PayPal receipt number.

(I cannot make any exceptions to that rule.  I made one exception, and it looks like he told his friends.  Suddenly, people who never bought the book were asking me to “re-send” the download link.  Now, I must be firm about this rule.)

2. There are no free updates or upgrades. I cover many changes in articles at this website.  When there are enough changes, I write an entirely new edition of Sites that Soar!

So far, each has included at least 50% more pages than the previous one.  Also, every edition was offered at 50% discount for the first few days, for those who were on my mailing list.  (Since I’m not updating the book, I no longer have the mailing list.)

If you don’t want to buy the newest edition, read this website and WordPress.org.  Between the two sites, you can probably get answers to most update-related questions.

3. If you’re having trouble with your website, re-read the appropriate section of my book. My book contains everything that I know.

If that doesn’t help, search at this website. I may have written an article that explains whatever-it-is more clearly.

If you need help with your website, start with the Branford Magazine forum or the WordPress support forum.

If that doesn’t work, continue trial-and-error testing. (That’s how I figured out almost everything in the book and at this website.)

Or, you can hire a programmer to help you.  Check Elance.com and similar freelance sites, and ask for bids on your particular problem or project.  You may be pleasantly surprised at how affordable professional help can be.

4. I do not plan to update this book, or write similar books for Revolution or other themes.
